We’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm and plan your day. We’ll make sure that all participants are accredited and receive Wifi codes in time.
If you have any questions, we can address them immediately during the preparation call. Other than that: we are here to serve your workday, so relax, sit back and enjoy the ride.

Terms and conditions
- This offer is personal and not transferable
- We maintain the right to refuse any request without the need to clarify a reason for refusal
- The offer can be redeemed once per company. Need more? Let us know.
- If we see an intentional breach of terms (for example multiple redemptions) we reserve the right to invoice any induced costs.
- The offer is only applicable for use and rent of space and resources. Optional food and beverages are not included.
