1. Fixed costs
For how many people, in what location and on what days do you need an office. Do you want your own fixed space, or will you remain flexible on a daily basis. The degree to which you want to reserve space forms the basis for your fixed costs
2. Flexible costs
What resources do you think you will need. Think about meeting rooms, lunch or ZZP’ers who sometimes work with you. These remain flexible but form the basis of a clear understanding of your monthly costs.
3. Form of payment
Does your bill fluctuate monthly based on usage, or do we keep a fixed amount per month in retainer form. So that we use the savings from the summer months, in the winter months, for example.
