At Mr.Green, we solve a huge sustainability problem that is not always visible. After all, in the Netherlands an office is only effectively occupied 16% of the time. That means we are looking at a sea of empty desks: enough space to solve the housing shortage twice over.

All those offices are empty because the average worker in the Netherlands is glass-hard in his or her judgment of his or her office: It’s not good enough. Indeed, it even works against a good working day. Conclusion: Extra stress for employees, high costs for employers and offices that are built and heated while subsequently standing empty.

At Mr.Green, we are shaking up the entire office market. We are a fast-growing scale-up with ambition. Our members are completely unburdened with the best facilities imaginable, while businesses have flexibility in using the space they really need.

We are looking for a full-time (32-38 hours) Marketing and Communications Associate to support our mission for this concept.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are action-oriented and like to get down to business. We keep tight separation between work and home, but go full steam ahead during office hours to change the world.
• You are precise but also focused on progress.
• You have experience or affinity with marketing roles (regardless of industry)

• You are flexible and like to move with Mr.Green.
• You like to roll up your sleeves and understand that things often move faster on your own. At the same time, you also have the ambition and potential to take charge of the marketing side of the business in the future.
• You show initiative and feel responsible. You are eager to learn in order to quickly master the subject matter.
• Conversion-oriented marketing in a B2B environment is a plus.

YOUR FUNCTION

• You manage the complete marketing agenda of the Mr.Green Group. You will arrange and manage PR, Social Media, Campaigns, Website, performance marketing and internal design.
• We are strengthening communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• You will work closely with the CMO with whom you can determine both the big picture and small details. The CMO will make time available for guidance as needed.
• We report to leadership on progress and results.
• Salary indication 3000 – 4000 per month gross based on full time
