You are always in the lead on the resources you want to use. For an informal meeting, we have spaces not unlike a coffee bar, but for confidential information, you always have access to a private space, in whatever form you choose.
All of our spaces are access-based. So only people can enter your space if they are part of your company, or have been explicitly invited. In addition, we use separate networks.
Finally, we are member-only. So you won’t be sitting near a stranger all the time, but will run into each other more often.
Will there be room when I need something?
We stand for the best use of space, so we engage with everyone about established habits. This helps us align the use of different users. In addition, in the fixed part of our appointment, you record which space you want to reserve. And even in the flexible part, we always keep space to accommodate fluctuations.
With a dynamic pricing model, we can additionally offer benefits to create space at certain times.
If it belongs to everyone, will it feel like home?
Our technology solutions ensure that you won’t notice anything. When you come in, your name and logo are at the reception desk, the screens and colors of your office are as you are used to. The appearance is only different when you’re not there, but you don’t realize it. So when you come in, it’s just your office, right down to the pictures of your dog on your desk.

Through deep collaboration with Google, we are able to offer all companies a segregated network. As a result, our IT is Corporate Grade Certified. Thus, you will never encounter anyone from another company.

Can I house my mailing address with you?
Of course, after all, it is your office from now on. In fact, you can set up at any of our locations if you would like. There is a small registration fee for this.
Do you handle packages?
We take these on and handle them for you. Naturally within the agreements we make together.
What about the reception?
Personal attention is very important. A host is present at each location to make your workday a success or to receive your guests. For all other matters, there is a personal account manager and full time remote support team available to solve all your facility problems remotely. Where we can, we will automate as much as possible, leaving time for personal contact.
