\u25cf All social norms and values also apply to Mr.Green’s office and meeting locations.
\u25cf Something not right? Complaints can be reported to the host or to Mr.Green’s help desk. <\/p>\n

\u25cf If you find something that does not belong to you, hand it over to a Mr.Green employee immediately.
\u25cf Mr.Green’s locations and rooms are equipped with cameras, but the images are only used when there is reason to do so, for example in the interest of safety. So you don’t have to worry that he sees it when you pick your nose for a moment…. <\/p>\n

PLEASE DO:
\u25cf Create a good vibe
\u25cf Embrace a clean desk! Leave your workspace clean and tidy. <\/p>\n

\u25cf Store your personal items in the designated lockers. Mr.Green is not liable for loss or theft of your personal items. Please do always report it to one of our employees.
\u25cf Clean after yourself when using common areas.
\u25cf Mark your food items with name and date when there is a shared refrigerator on site.
\u25cf Admire and protect Mr.Green’s belongings. It is prohibited to take Mr.Green’s belongings outside the building.
\u25cf Let the carefully chosen furnishings stand or hang as they are. <\/p>\n

\u25cf Still come across something that is broken or not working (properly)? Report it immediately via Mr.Green’s helpdesk.
\u25cf Abide by the instructions of Mr.Green’s staff.
\u25cf Bill drinks and snacks via the webshop or QR code, even when there is no staff.
\u25cf Check that the workspace or meeting room you book is suitable for your plans. After all, a meeting room for 6 people will not fit a soccer team…
\u25cf Respect and learn from other nationalities and beliefs.
Compliment more often than criticize.
Enjoy a drink during organized events or after work hours and know your limits ;-). <\/p>\n

\u25cf Be considerate of others, talk, sing or call with moderate volume. Do not cause noise pollution to others. <\/p>\n

& DON’T…
\u25cf Leave your dirty dishes…
\u25cf Do, use or trade drugs in and around Mr.Green’s locations.
\u25cf Smoke in the office.
\u25cf Be violent, intimidating or threatening. It is (of course) strictly prohibited to have or carry weapons in Mr. Green’s Boutique Offices. Talk negative. A critical, personal or heavy conversation is best conducted in one of the locked rooms.
\u25cf Use the Mr.Green Internet network for illegal purposes; downloading or visiting illegal or offensive content.
\u25cf Bring your pets. Mr.Green is a big animal lover, but our dog (the one with sunglasses) is quite territorial and doesn’t mix well with other pets. So better that you leave your animal friend at home. <\/p>\n

PRIVACY
\u25cf Your registration as a Member of Mr.Green makes you part of the Mr.Green Community. Your name, email address and company name (team) are necessary to use all of Mr.Green’s services. You can send messages to other members, read articles, see which events are on the calendar and make bookings.
\u25cf Keep your Mr.Green login details and password to yourself so that others cannot misuse them.
\u25cf Respect the privacy of others. Therefore, do not take photos of another person and do not share or post photos or personal information of others. <\/p>\n

SAFETY
\u25cf In the event of a fire alarm, leave the premises immediately.
\u25cf If you personally detect that there is a fire, remain calm, alert Mr.Green staff and strike the nearest fire alarm as soon as possible. Then leave the premises immediately.
\u25cf Should you work in a Boutique Office with an elevator, in the event of a fire alarm, never use the elevator.
\u25cf Leave the premises via the main exit or the nearest emergency exit. Emergency exits are clearly marked.
\u25cf In case of an accident, call 112 immediately and alert a Mr.Green employee. At Mr.Green a company emergency response worker is always present. The emergency response worker is trained to assess situations and can quickly initiate professional assistance. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

SANCTIONS \/ ZERO TOLERANCE
\u25cf Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint or violation, we will usually initiate the conversation with you.
\u25cf Mr.Green may impose a sanction such as a warning, a suspension or a ban from accessing Mr.Green’s Boutique Offices in the event of a violation, without affecting your obligation to continue to pay the Membership fee as agreed.
\u25cf Some things really cannot be tolerated, for example theft or aggression. For such serious offenses, Mr.Green operates a zero tolerance policy. A Member guilty of such behavior will be immediately denied access to the Boutique Offices without affecting the obligation to continue paying the Membership fee as agreed.
\u25cf Mr.Green reserves the right to refuse Members at any time. <\/p>\n

\u25cf Let’s all keep it fun so everyone can work like a boss and have fun in Mr.Green’s Boutique Offices.
\u25cf Mr.Green is authorized to unilaterally modify the house rules if necessary.
